Department of Communications

The Department of Communications is headed by the Press Secretary. We create all promotional materials for our social media accounts, building graphic design and video production skills. The purpose of the Department of Communications is to disseminate information to the student body and administration. Alongside maintaining an active social media presence, Communications also tables monthly in The Commons to promote events or collect student concerns and produces a newsletter to recap everything the SGA accomplishes each month. The Department of Communications teaches its members valuable marketing skills, encourages creativity, and builds personal design portfolios.
