About Us

We aim to honor and promote Persian culture at Virginia Commonwealth University by organizing events, celebrations, and exhibitions including Persian art, music, food, literature, and traditions. Educational meetings and workshops will be held to increase appreciation and knowledge of Persian culture. The social gatherings and networking opportunities we have planned will bring together those interested in Persian heritage and make everyone feel welcome. Collaborations with other organizations and institutions will serve to improve cultural awareness and cross-cultural understanding. Aside that Fundraising and volunteerism will be used to assist and strengthen Persian communities on both a national and global level.
