This month is all about gratitude, growth, and good food … and AMA at VCU has plenty of each! From a bake sale to professional development events, we are helping you end this semester strong. Don't forget to register on RamsConnect!

Help Support Our Canned Food Drive!
It's the season of giving, and AMA would love to give back. Help us support our local community by bringing canned goods to any AMA event this month!
Donation Details:
● 1 can = 1 membership point, up to 15 points available
● Final collection will be the week of December 1st, donate by this day to earn extra points toward active membership!
● Donations will be made to Feed More
● Most needed items: Nut butters, canned fruits, cereal, pasta and rice, tomato products, canned proteins, beans and lentils, healthy snacks, canned veggies and oils, and spices
● Contact us if you need help with transporting the cans!

write a headline that highlights your role AND value
add a bio that describes you well and isn't robotic
