Welcome to the Crusletter!

The Crusletter is your go-to newsletter for all things Cru each week. Welcome to week 4 of classes. Praying that the semester is going well for you all. Here is the roundup of the activities that are planned with Cru this week.


THIS WEEK (2/7-2/14)

Bible Studies

  • Men's Bible Study will be on Monday, February 7th at 7pm.
    • Contact Evan Torpy at torpyec@vcu.edu for the address and/or questions!  
  • Women's Bible Study will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 3pm.
    • Contact Lindsay Spurlock at lindsay.spurlock@cru.org for the address and/or questions!
Weekly Large Group
We are diving into a study regarding the doctrine of Creation on Thursday nights. Last week, Joshua began our series on the doctrine of Creation answering the question, "Does it matter if there is a God who created the world?" Join us this week as we continue the series and discuss the Fall of Man. 
  • THIS WEEK: Large Group will be in the Commons Virginia Room B on Thursday, February 10 at 7pm. 
Evangelism on Campus
ÔÇïÔÇïÔÇïÔÇïÔÇïEvery Friday, we will be at the Commons from 12-2pm to evangelize on campus. We will be using our personal testimonies, Perspective cards, and Soularium. Not comfortable doing this alone? We will be in pairs to support one another as we engage with other students. 

Intramural Soccer
VCU Cru has started an Intramural Soccer team, which plays every Sunday night at 7:30. There is NO game this upcoming Sunday (2/13). If you are interested in playing, or would just like to join the cheer squad on the sidelines, contact Toby Porter at portert3@vcu.edu.
