You are invited to attend a Veteran Seminar

Congressman Robert Wittman is hosting a Veterans' seminar on Monday, July 21, from 10 am to 12 pm at the Virginia War Memorial. This event will feature a Legislative Update and a panel discussion regarding various veteran-related topics.  Veteran partner resource tables will be available during the event as well.

The VP of the SVA at VCU, Bob Pryor, will be attending and advocating for HR 3753 Expanding Access for Online Student Veteran Act, which will raise the monthly housing allowance for online only students from 50% to 100% of the national average monthly housing allowance. This would be a huge win as classes, even for "in-person" students, transition more and more to an online format.
