Cultures in Common(s): A Global Learning Fair

The VCU Global Education Office (GEO) and the Global Learning team are excited to host Cultures in Common(s): A Global Learning Fair. At this event we’ll welcome students back to campus, celebrate our global communities and embrace our commonality of being a VCU Ram! 🐏

From 12:00PM - 4:00PM VCU students will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from study abroad providers and partners on the VCU Commons Plaza (907 Floyd Ave.) and learn all the different ways they can study or intern abroad.✈️🌎 

In addition to meeting our international partners, Rams can connect with VCU Global Learning staff and our international communities on-campus. Food trucks will be in the Commons until 4:00PM and the first 150 students to complete their Cultures in Common(s) Passport booklet will earn a free lunch ticket🎟️ to the food truck of their choice!

During the event we’ll have photos with Rodney the Ram🐏 (12:00PM - 1:00PM), VCU’s English Language Program (ELP) will host their monthly  tea-time🫖, and the event will close with our annual Global Buddies matching event (P.S. apply to be a Global Buddy  here!) from 4:00PM - 5:00PM.
